The "First Time Client" promo is redeemable only once on your first time getting lash extensions WITH US. If you got lash extensions from another salon you are still eligible as long as it is your first time with us.

We understand that sometimes things come up and schedules need to change. We will be happy to reschedule or cancel any appointment, however, we do require a 24-hour notice. Please note, that for same-day reschedules or cancellations (less than a 24h notice), a $50 cancellation fee will be applied and has to be paid online prior to booking any future appointments.

`Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Late arrivals will result in your service being customized to fit the remaining appointment time. If you are significantly late for your appointment we will have to cancel or reschedule your service to another day/time and a $50 cancellation fee will be applied

Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make your appointment. Unfortunately, all no-shows will automatically result in the $50 cancellation fee that will have to be paid online prior to booking any future appointments. If the deposit was paid for the appointment it is non-transferable and non-refundable in case of a no-show.

A deposit payment is required in order to secure certain services. All deposits will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your service. The deposit can be paid via online booking(credit card or paypal), e-transfer, or in person. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us at least 24-hour notice and we can process a refund on your deposit.
The deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable for any changes with less than a 24h notice or no-shows. Deposits for TRAINING are final and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE .

Due to the nature of our services there are no refunds on Services or Gift Cards.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE pets but unfortunately, the City of Toronto does not permit pets in the lash salons due to hygienic reasons and possible allergies among other clients. Exceptions will be made for service animals, however, 72-hour notice must be given to ensure that customers with allergies will not be present at that time.

To ensure a safe, calm, and professional environment for all of our clients and artists, we kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment alone, without children or additional guests.

Our services involve sharp tools, chemicals, and detailed work that require full focus and a sterile setup. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to supervise children, and having extra people in treatment rooms can be unsafe and disruptive to other clients’ appointments.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation so we can provide the best possible experience for everyone.

Here at Perfection Laboratory we go above and beyond to make sure you get the best experience possible and you are happy with the results. That's why if you are not happy with your new look or simply want a small adjustment, please let us know within the first 3 days of the appointment and we will adjust it to your satisfaction, at no extra charge during our earliest available time slot.
